Recently I have met  several nutritionists who tell me that they don’t believe in supplementation. They encourage their clients to eat only whole foods. I am saddened and surprised by this.  What is not to believe?  What are they learning in their studies?   Unfortunately, it isn’t just people who graduated from university 30 years ago who are spouting this information, these are recent graduates.

It has been proven time and time again by science that our soils are extremely depleted of minerals and that in the 1970s we could eat one apple and get a solid amount of nutrition but now we would have to eat 10 apples to get the equivalent value of nutrition as in 1970.

A good way to get what you need is to take a fruit and veggie supplement.  Of course, there are so many other important supplements to be taking but if you want to start slowly, having something like this and adding it to your morning shake or having it on its own would be a very wise idea.  These are the two products that I use and like Isafruits & Isagenix Greens
